Wonderful experience....great customer service!

Excellent service from beginning to end! Being a first time new vehicle buyer, I was a little nervous, to say the least, but the entire staff at Jeff Wyler Eastgate was on point! From Robbie and Brent in sales to Tim in finance, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Great people!

My husband and I purchased our first car, jeep cherokee trailhawk, from Steve McCoy at Jeff Wyler. Great experience, very willing to work with us and answer all our questions. They were definitely out to help us as people and make sure we were completely happy and not just out to sell sell sell. Would recommend this place to anyone!

$9.95 oil change for life (import)

I purchased my 370z from Jeff Wyler in May of 2012. They were running a special for import sales so I got $9.95 oil changes for life. IKR?! Awesome huh? Well, there is always a catch isn't there? I have had my car in for several oil changes since then and they have used THREE different types of oil. Mobil 1, some kind of cheap Mobil x special, and three times (yes 3) i actually got what I requested: full synthetic. UPDATE:I heard from Nissan Service Manager today and the issue has been successfully resolved. They are going to re-service my Z using full synthetic and apologized for the mix up. They also have made a note in my service record to prevent any future issues. I truly appreciate the prompt resolution to my complaint.

Great experience

Took the fear out of the new car buying experience

As the small business owner of Shield Termite and Pest Control; I knew it was time for the company to purchase a new truck and establish an independent credit score. I had been looking for nearly 6 months, I had stopped at many dealerships; talking myself out of the purchase once I was approached by rude pushy car salesmen. I was also afraid of taking on the extra over head expense. Numerous times I walked away confused aggravated and too afraid to take that next step. On October 15, 2014 while out running errands I stopped at Jeff Wyler Eastgate location looking to see what deals they had on a full size Dodge 1500; as well as a new personal vehicle. Across the parking lot I made eye contact with a sales men thinking to myself " good job Shawna, now your in for it". However Brandon Copley approached me and I simply asked if he could help me. He was pleasant didn't put on the fast salesmen pitch rather simply talked to me in a calm voice listened to what I was possibly looking at doing for both the business and personally. Brandon listened enough to what I was looking for The first purchase was the truck and after that I was very skeptical about whether I truly wanted to move forward on a new personal vehicle. He took the fear out of the new car buying experience.Needless to say I test drove a 2015 Jeep Patriot and 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 to which both are now sitting in my driveway and I couldn't be more happy."He had me at... LIFETIME WARRANTY"...

We are very happy with our jeep Cherokee and thank u dwayne u were the greatest. When we devide in 2 years we are ready for a new truck we know where we r going! Straight to Jeff Wylers in eastgate.
