New car buying experienceexperience with Faiz

I can't say enough about how friendly and courteous all of the Jeff Wyler associates were. My husband and I drove off in a new Nissan Rogue thanks to the hard work of Faiz. He took the time to explain everything to us and satisfied all our needs! Faiz and Mr.Hodge got us the best deal! Thank you so much for a great car shopping trip and for making it so painless!

Very Friendly

I came in for a service on my Sedona and started looking at cars. Alexis and Kris approached me about my interest in buying a car. I test drove that day and left, letting them know I would be back in a few days. There was no high pressure to buy immediately. I received a friendly e-mail from Alexis before I came back, to see if I had any questions. I came back a few days later. After looking at several Sportages and another test drive, I purchased my Kia Sportage. Alexis and Kris, and several others on the Jeff Wyler team worked late to help me with my purchase. Throughout the entire process, Alexis was very friendly and kept the stress level low.

Friendly sales person. And clean dealership.

I have purchased many vehicles from the Jeff Wyler auto group. I traded my 2012 Silverado 4x4 , ( which I purchased there brand new), in on my new 2014 Nissan Sentra. Worth the travel

Savannah was amazing. She's an awesome individual to work with. I purchased a 2011 Chevy Traverse. Everything was a breeze and she didn't make me feel as if she was just selling a car. I highly recommend Ms. Kaylor.

Excellent!

Great customer service and was very helpful with my purchase! Highly recommend both dealers I worked with. Both gentlemen were very attentive and listened to what I wanted out of a new car and didn't give me the run around like some salesmen do. Very satisfied with my visit and will continue to do business with them!

Very Dissatisfied

I was promised they would be any other deal. Se we went there and I handed them paper work from another dealer and they said there was no way they could be giving me that kind of deal for what the truck I was going to purchase. Basically he (Logan, sales manager) was calling me a liar and stated how did he know I didn't create the e-mail myself from the dealer. I told him if he didn't believe me to pull up their website himself but he wouldn't listed and just stated I was lying. Needless to say there are a lot of dealers in Cincinnati and I can go anywhere to buy a vehicle I don't have to buy one from them and I won't. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying one from them. After talking to co-workers I heart their service department isn't all that good either.

Todd listened to my questions and returned honest and informative answers. Even when he knew the answers were not the ones I wanted to hear.
