Kundert Volvo

This is the second car I worked on with Jarilton. The first was a lease; the second a finance/purchase. I sought him out when I was looking to end my lease and by my new Volvo. I sought him out because he is direct, straightforward, and transparent. He lets you know what he can and cannot do, and works to find you the best price. Similar to other reviews for Jarilton, he takes his time, expresses care, walks you through the process and works to make you feel comfortable. I would recommend anyone to work with him to lease or finance their Volvo.

After the first consultation, it was very helpful to send confirmation information about the consultation contents by e-mail. Since then, additional information has been provided continuously. He gave me quite a sense of confidence in the price negotiations. In addition, Excellent wit and humor!

I had My Volvo Service and My whole experience was positive! From the time I arrived until the time the car was done ! My service agent Phil was great And My Car was done in no time !! The Car was wash and cleaned and returned to me in short period. I would definitely recommend anyone to take their car to Kundert, They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers 👍

Kundert Volvo HH is amazing! We had been speaking to a few dealerships (across all different manufacturers) all week and were started to get frustrated with the process. Most of the sales reps we encountered were pushy and sometimes condescending. At the end of the week, a friend of ours recommended we reach out to Emilia from Kundert Volvo as he had a great experience from his inquiry. I spoke with Emilia on Friday afternoon, who was super friendly and she actually listened to our needs. After working through pricing, she called us Saturday morning with the exact car and lease details we had been hoping for. We briefly spoke with Erin as well, confirming the same details. We headed over to the dealership right away, where we signed our paperwork and Emilia walked us through all of the features of the vehicle as it was our first time with a Volvo. We also learned a lot about their leasing program, maintenance benefits, and more. Lastly, we worked with Brad to finalize finance details and he answered all our questions. In just about an hour, we were already driving off with our beautiful car!!

The overall experience was fantastic, from the e-commerce platform, evaluations and concerns via email to the eventual physical collaboration and sale/pick-up. Extremely satisfied. I didn't need to test drive or see the car before I bought it, I was that confident in the Kundert's selling team, especially Al Abrizio.
