I really want to encourage anyone considering his dealership to stay far away Before they sell you the car they are really nice Once they have sold you the car they are really bad

Yasmeen did a great job helping my wife an I find the right Volvo. We knew what we wanted, but Yasmeen made sure we considered all of the different variables and told us which specific versions were available. She helped us get into our vehicle incredibly quickly, made sure to answer any questions we had, and even helped us get the car cleaned and fixed when we had a terrible coffee spill less than 24 hrs after picking it up! The best part is that she did all of this for us without us needing to come to the dealership except to pick up and drop off the car. She is very accessible, knowledgeable, and polite. Highly recommend working with her, as well as with the rest of the great staff at Kundert Volvo.

I recently leased a XC40 from Kundert and was very pleased with my overall experience. Nick Truncellito, my salesman, was exactly what I wanted in a salesman. He was knowledgeable, courteous and not pushy. Nick deals in the facts, doesn't try and force you into a decision and took me at my word. I asked him to get me the "real price the first time" and he did just that. I have bought and leased many cars in the past and this was by far the most pleasant experience I have had. To those with not perfect credit-Nick and the GM went above and beyond to make sure that I was approved by the bank. My credit is fair but I have a decent income. They did what they had to do to make sure that I left with the car that I wanted at a fair price.

I am very thoroughly pleased with the staff. The place is very cozy. Bernie was very nice , helphfull and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Bernie to anyone.

In addition to providing great service on my 2017 XC90, Service Manager Mike Mazzaro Sr. (as well as his son, Mike Jr. Service tech) is an experienced, responsible and incredibly helpful Manager. I recently had an accident with my Volvo C70 convertible and brought it to Kundert Volvo in Hasbrouck Heights. Mike Sr. guided me through the process in a seamless, stress free manor. He gave me proper advisement and made sure he was in contact with me on a regular basis. We have had nothing but good experiences since going to Kundert. Loyalty and concern for the customer are always what you will experience here. In fact, when one of the owners, Erin Kundert heard about my accident, she came over to the service department to check on things and personally assured me that my car would be returned looking like new.
