GO TO ANY OTHER VOLVO SERVICE!
This service dpt is disgusting. The location itself is dirty but they are gross inside and out. Lied about multiple parts of my car being broken. Tried to get out of covering my issue with the warranty saying it was broken by someone else. Well, I took my car to another Volvo dealership and turns out THEY LIED! The part they claimed was not broken and was covered by my warranty. Then tried to sell me on new brakes and rotors-- turns out my rotors were fine and did not need to be changed! They are either trying to take advantage or can't do basic mechanical work. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Hello Stephanie, In looking at your repair order I see the work that we told you was not covered by warranty was caused by an accident you had in the vehicle. Any repairs needed that are caused from an accident would not be covered under the new vehicle warranty. This can be confirmed for you by calling Volvo Customer Service if you so please. If another dealer incorrectly covered the repairs under warranty, that was their mistake and they will be responsible for the repercussions from Volvo. Hi Billy, I appreciate your reply. I am extremely disappointed in your service department. The claim of how my keyless entry is now void to the warranty is a scam. My keyless entry was not part of an accident in 2013 (the carfax did not mention damage to the door- again- because it wasn’t!) Even funnier, your service department is claiming that it was broken when the front of the car was repaired, that it has been working perfectly for the last 4 years, and now is not covered by warranty. I could NEVER show up to a dealership and claim that they fixed my car 4 years ago, that it has been working perfectly ever since, and now that it doesn’t, they are responsible. That is a pretty far-fetched notion. You should know that I did go to another Volvo dealership who told me the part you are referring to is, in fact, NOT BROKEN AT ALL and they were able to repair it under the warrantee. My gut told me from the moment your dpt called that your story doesn’t make sense. Had I stayed with you, I would have spent $300 on labor alone-for no reason! I should also mention that you tried to sell me on rotors and brakes. Guess what— the other dealer said the rotors were fine. That they are not damaged at all. That means, that your service dpt tried to take advantage again. If I had stayed there, I would be out another $400 for rotors that did not need repair. How could it be they were so wrong??? And before you say they are wrong, I already sent it for another opinion to double check. Turns out, everyone agrees your shop was lying. Shame on you.

Bernie was excellent from day one and is always available to answer my questions. He took the time to show us all the great features of our new XC60. I highly recommend Bernie and Kundert Volvo.

This is my first purchase of a Volvo car. Such a different experience than GM dealerships. Bernie was honest and got me a great deal. He was extremely patient with me and helped find the right car for mer based on my expectations. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Bernie in particular

Leasing a new 2020 Volvo XC60
Very happy with my new Volvo. George made all this happen so smoothly and I was riding my new car in a week. The facilities are kept in tip-top shape and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. You feel at home in the Kundert Volvo. Looking forward to a long relationship with them!
