I can’t believe I’m about to say this...it was a pleasure...

I can’t believe I’m about to say this...it was a pleasure dealing with Bernie. Visiting a salesperson at a car dealership is not something I look forward to. Sure, I could have visit an online car dealership to avoid the sales room of a brick and mortar dealership but Bernie did the research for us and was able to provide us with a good deal and a nicely equipped brand new car.

Bernie is a knowledgeable and accommodating salesperson....

Bernie is a knowledgeable and accommodating salesperson. He worked hard to find the right car for us at the right price. He met our needs on our schedule and was at all times friendly and service-oriented. I cannot say enough food things about our experience with this wonderful professional.

Sometimes the small things matter

I just find that I can't be satisfied with my experiences now two years into this lease. They continue to pass the buck on my second lease overlap charge. I'm two years into a lease and the small stuff just gets to me. My 20k service wipers no good. New wipers $50. Now you would think $50 wipers would last more than two years. Try to stand behind your product or view it from the customer standpoint. A $60k Volvo xc90 car lease. I would think they would be better off than nickle and dimed me.

I am sorry to hear that you feel slighted regarding having to purchase new wipers after two years. Wiper blades are a very serious safety issue if they are not working correctly or effectively. I personally believe wipers should be changed yearly at a minimum, right after winter would be the optimal time in my opinion. However, most other industry professionals recommend them even more often. Bernie is so personable and most importantly...

Bernie is so personable and most importantly knowledgeable about Volvo. He’s personal touch of walking me through the process reduced my stress. He sat with me in my new truck and reviewed all of the bells and whistles this vehicle comes with. He even put his number in my phone and told me to call him if I needed any assistance! I highly recommend Bernie and the Hasbrouck Heights dealership!

The Service Department took my malfunctioning car in right away without a scheduled appointment and had it diagnosed and repaired correctly by the end of the same day. Excellent overall effort and experience at Kundert Volvocars!

Very pleased with the exceptional service I received at...

Very pleased with the exceptional service I received at Kundert Volvo of Hasbrouck Heights. Staff were pleasant and professional and kept me apprised during my waiting time on the progress of my service. I always feel comfortable that I will be treated well and fairly when visiting Kundert for service.

NOT RELIABLE!!! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR DEALS!!!!

NOT RELIABLE!!! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR PREVIOUS AGREED ON NUMBERS!!! I have an 2017 Audi Q5 and I was ready to switch to Volvo. My husband exchanged a handful of emails with this dealership and they agreed on a final number. On 11/09/19 we gave our credit card number to put a deposit to secure a XC90. Then, we drove from Westchester County, NY to their location, because everything was agreed on and registered on e-mail. Once we got there, they ran my husband's credit, asked him for a copy of this paycheck, gave him a bunch of papers to sign, we added the vehicle to our insurance, configures the Volvo On Call, etc... we did everything we were supposed to do on our end, when they gave the contract to sign and the numbers in there were not what we had agreed on. Of course my husband did not sign it. Then, they read all the e-mail chain and she could not find an reasonable explanation for the amount she was charging us. The only thing they could say was that it had been a "miscommunication" and that they couldn't lease the car for that price. Three ours after our arrival at the dealership, they did not give us any plausible solution for the case other than talk to Bill Kundert, the Dealership President, the following Monday (11/11/19) first thing in the morning and get back to us. Well, they did not! I'm very disappointed and upset with the treatment my family and I received and the lack of feedback from Kundert Volvo! Honestly, we were ready to change from an Audi to a Volvo, but the experience was so unpleasant that I can not say we'll still do it.
