Kundert Volvo

I've done business as a customer and vendor with Kundert for almost 23 years. It's a true family friendly atmosphere and everyone is a pleasure to deal with. No pressure, no hassle 5 star customer experience in sales and service.

I have been a fan of Volvo for 2 leases.. I wanted my 3rd to be quick & Easy. Bernie made sure it was. We got most of the leg work done over the phone and I came in to sign the paperwork and got into my brand new XC60. I highly recommend Bernie at Kundert! He is easy to deal with and has a great sense of humor. Erin made the signing painless and clearly explained everything. I will be back again.

So first time Volvo buyer and experience in the Volvo dealership. What a difference over a lot of other top brands. Bernie made the experience and introduction to Volvo for me smooth and zero pressure. And that made the difference for me to want to continue coming back. Found my car, CPO CX90, let me do a test drive first thing before bogging next down with too much info. Oh and plenty of good humor. Then the rest was easy. Now I’m a happy Volvo owner 😊

We leased a Volvo from Kundert, bought it out of the lease, and keep coming back for service, even though we live in Manhattan. The service team here is excellent, and easy to schedule. (Newly renovated waiting area is also comfortable and has great wifi.)

Bernie was very helpful and explained things very clearly. He set us up with all the necessary entities, insurance and DMV, and was also very helpful in getting us started with an on-line account. Very through, and a very nice guy.

I have been going to Kundert Volvo for over 20 years even tho I live in Manhattan. I bought my first Volvo from someone in Jersey who said he got quality service from Kundert & so I thought that was a good reason to stick with them. The one time my Volvo broke down while I was going home to Manhattan on the Thruway I asked to be towed to Manhattan Volvo because I had no way of getting home with the dog & my family from Jersey. I was so disappointed with the service in Manattan when they tried to fix the car lying to me telling me that it was the battery & I needed a new battery & then the car wouldn't start with the new battery. It took them a week to find the problem! I vowed I would never go to Manhattan Volvo although it is so much more convenient. Mike & Pete have always been the best guys taking care of me & now Mike Jr. is following in his Dad's footsteps! The new waiting area is fantastic & makes the minutes fly by while feeding us too! The young woman at the front desk was helpful as well greeting me when I came in offering drinks & snacks.

Bernie was awesome to work with. I bought a used Volvo from him. He took the extra time to take pictures and video of the car. The car was impeccable and the showroom was very welcoming. Worth the extra miles to drive from Delaware. I would definitely buy used or new from Bernie again!

Service as always was exceptional. I was also confused with some of the new features on my new xc60. Billy took the time not only to show me what needed to be done but also went through all the steps twice to ensure I understood what I needed to to if I want to change some of my settings.

All the folks at Kundert Volvo always provide exceptional and professional service. In addition, everyone is very friendly having a great sense of humor. My car is always returned when expected, complete and beautifully cleaned. Many thanks to all!
