Kundert Volvo

I happily travelled from Long Island to Kundert Volvo to purchase a used SUV...... After an extensive on-line search, I found the Suburban at their dealership..... First Erin (real sweetheart!) helped immensely with all of my extensive questions, then their service manager (Mike!) actually filmed a video of the specific areas of the truck. Wow, no other dealership has ever given such support. Kudos! I met with George (super classy!) a few days later, who was super kind and respectful towards my needs and concerns..... a true gentleman. God Bless you Brother! He helped to complete the deal. I happily drove the gorgeous Black Cherry Suburban LTZ (very hot!) home that day, and am super happy with the vehicle and my decision to purchase from Kundert! :) Thanks! Mike Roche (LI,NY)

The last few times I've visited have been great experiences. I was greeted promptly on arrival, paperwork completed and shown to seating area on the occasions when I was waiting. I was updated on progress and again when service had been completed and car was being washed. I always left in the promised window with work well-completed and my car clean. Also, when I'd forgotten items in the car, they were retrieved and accommodations made for repairs while I was out of town. I couldn't ask for a better service experience.

Jay handled my 2016 XC60 leasing and again for my 2018 XC60. Jay does his best to put you in the vehicle you want at the price you need. He is extremely knowledgeable about the top notch features on the vehicle and explains them in a simple manner. Jay is my man...I will be looking for him when it's time to turn in my vehicle.

Bernie was super helpful in sending me additional information/pictures on the car I found on Carfax, and then guiding me through the sales process. He made the process very efficient and painless.
