Kundert Volvo

We leased our XC60 from Kundert Volvo of Hasbrouck Heights and recently had the first routine maintenance service. Our interaction with this dealership has been top notch from the moment we walked through the door looking for a car, through the leasing process, and now with the first maintenance service. Jay (Jarilton) helped us pick a suitable model. He had a deep knowledge of all the Volvo models on offer, and he patiently answered all our questions. He was honest and we never felt like we were being "sold." Erin helped us through the leasing process, and she similarly spent time explaining everything to us. When we brought our Volvo for its first routine maintenance service, the staff were all friendly and extremely helpful. The service was completed in promptly. Overall, this has been a great experience, and we would absolutely recommend this dealership.

I dropped my car off for a routine maintenance recently and I was greeted by a professional, courteous and attentive service representative. Jose took his time to go over any issues and explained everything accurately. This is nothing new at this dealership. Delivering exceptional customer service on all levels is the norm at Kundert Volvo. The sales department is also exceptional! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a Volvo!

George came in on his day off to deliver the car to me! Great attitude! They did the best they can given the situation of the renovation. The dealership needs to step up their marketing.

I did not purchase my Volvo at Kundert - purchased from owner directly, but every time I bring it in for service, I never feel like I am getting a lower level of service.

My volvo was due for service I was able to get an immediate appointment. We have been dealing with this dealership for over 20 years. Purchased over 5 new volvos over the years and have always had them serviced here. We live in Westchester County and travel to New Jersey because of the excellent service. Highly recommend this dealership if you wish to purchase a new car or have your car serviced here.

I bought a used XC70 I great condition. The overall service from George Miranda and the rest Kundert Team was superb. I would gladly travel from Connecticut to New Jersey for my next car.

The car is wonderful and our experience with George was excellent, he guided our subscription from beginning to end and worked out couple issue with Volvo. The subscription process from Volvo is good, Volvo does need to communicate more with the buyer and dealership, we are happy with the short lead time, 6-7 weeks. We are happy selecting Kundert Volvo and thank you George.

On Monday, July 2nd the my car was making a loud noise and I called to make an appt. to have it checked. There were no appts. available till the following week. The Svc. Dept. said to bring it in anyway and they will let me know if the car was safe to drive. On July 3rd, I brought the car in. I was told that the car should not be driven and I shouldn't drive it off their property. They still had no appts. available and said that they wouldn't get to svc. my car till July 11th. Long story short, July 5th, the Svc. Dept. called me and said the were able to squeeze my car in and found the problem. To my surprise, I did get the car back on July 6th! And, the problem was covered under warranty! The Service Dept. did their best to accommodate me - and they did! Truly one of the reasons I am a long time customer of Kundert Volvo!
