Kundert Volvo

I bought my current XC70 wagon from Kundert after utilizing their service department for several years with my previous Volvo and being satisfied with their service. Unlike other dealerships in the area, I’ve never had a bad experience with Mike, or anyone on his team, and this visit was no exception.

I've been dealing with Kundert Volvo Service for the past 9 years and I've never been disappointed. The Service Team always provides quality and experienced servicing. The Managers that greet you at drop off and pick up are professional, knowledgeable and do their best to accommodate the customers concerns and schedule. Face it, we're all on busy schedules and setting up a service appointment may be an inconvenience at times, but the Kundert Service Team makes it a pleasant and easy experience! Thanks to all!

We bought the 2018 Volvo XC60 from Kundert Volvo of Hasbrouck Heights without evening stepping foot in the dealership. Philippe provided excellent communication and searched for exactly the vehicle we were looking for all through emails and phone calls. Mike is a young guy but very knowledgable and personable young man. He was helping another costumer and I was waiting on line he acknowledged me and assured I'd be helped soon. That is all you need to know you're not forgotten!

I like to say thanks to the full team but Mike jr made a list of things I need to get serviced so it made it easy for me to set up what needs to be done. I was in a rush and He was able to get Brian to give me a ride to the train he also picked me up so it was nice to have the same face pick me up. I glad I got the things serviced MIKE SUGGESTED!!! I took my car in for its 40,000 mile servicing. The work was done on time, the staff did some additional checks I asked for, and overall it was a very good experience.

It was easy to deal with both service and sales staff. From Pete in service with my older Volvo to Van in sales for my newest addition. I appreciate the follow up letters from the dealership.

George was very accommodating. He did what he said he was going to do and helped me get the car I wanted quickly and painless.
