Kundert Volvo

It is inconvenient for me to drive to New jersey to have the car service but I ahve been doing it for years because I trust their work and they have kept my 14 year old car running very well.

It has been a while since I have used service centers. This was a great experience and quick service. The service manager was knowledgeable and friendly.

Great experience with George - he was very responsive to my calls/emails and helped us get the best deal I found from any of the surrounding Volvo dealerships. Very professional! Erin helped us get the financial details completed quickly since my kids were going insane :) Highly recommend this dealership & team! Thank you!

George made the usually torturous car leasing experience a pleasant and quick process. I got a great deal on the Volvo S60 for my mother. She's very happy with the car and the price she got on it. George and manger Erin respected my time and hard earned money which is a rare thing nowadays at car dealerships. No silly games at Kundert at hasbrouck heights. George was able to answer all my questions and made this leasing experience pleasant. I currently have infiniti lease but am strongly considering switching over to volvo in hasbrouck heights just because of the good customer service. Just shows how high price tag and name brand doesn't equal good customer service and respectful salespeople. thanks again George.

EVery 2 or 3 years I am in a dealership either buying or leasing a new car. It’s always the same shenanigan of the salesperson going into a room and coming back 30 minutes later only to tell you that the mysterious person doesn’t like what you want and here’s what he wants. After 4, 5 6 times of the same crap you get tired and end up with a bad deal! NOT Phillip and NOT Kundert Volvo. I sat down with my wife, told Phill what we had and what we were looking for. He wrote it down, got up, 5 minutes later he came back with a deal even better than what I was thinking. I couldn’t believe it. Deal deal deal!! Phil is very professional, I can’t wait to go back and see him for my next Volvo. Cheers

So I had my 2nd free service scheduled drop off and a loaner waiting. But when I got there I said to Pete, it’s just an oil change. I’ll wait instead of taking a loaner and having to come back. He said about an hour and a half, I said no problem. Went to check out the new models in the show room, checked out what they had outside, went to the parts department to check out prices on parts for my older volvo, and went back in and sat down in the service waiting room. Not even 10 minutes went by Pete came and said my car was ready. 45 minutes tops. Much appreciated guys!!

As always the service department always does their best to please. I have been coming for service Kundert Volvo for many many years. They are the best!!!

I recently booked maintenance service for my 2017 XC90. The whole experience was flawless. The setting of the appointment was very pleasant and they accommodated my needs. At the time of servicing my car, the personnel receiving the car was very courteous, providing me with the reserved loaner at no extra cost. They called me as promised to advise my car was ready for pick-up. Excellent!

It was happy to make a deal in Kundert Volvo of Hasbrouck Heights. George helped a lot to find the " "Right car". Giving so much information and comparison with other brand that helps make easy decision. Thanks so much George!
