Excellent experience with servicing of my Volvo S90 for a complex issue. Mike Mazzaro Jr. was extremely courteous and professional. Highly recommend this facility for any Volvo Service matter.

Went in for my 10K mile checkup on year old Volvo. They were fast and courteous, and had me out in 90 minutes, which is what i was told coming in. Will be back next year for my next service appointment.

I just leased volvo cx 90. Fast and convenient through the getting car. Sales person has good service knowledge answered every questions and follow up. I will give 5 stars for him and the dealer too also financial manager was giving me good impression of how proud of parts of volvo family. Good experience with all. Thank you again.!

My parents have been coming to Kundert for cars for many years. Following the death of my dad last year, everyone in the service department was kind and supportive of my mom, and did whatever they could to be helpful when we brought her cars in for service. When I went into the showroom to look at what was available for when my mom was looking for a new car, George really stepped up. He listened carefully to my concerns and wishes, and bent over backwards to offer solutions to make sure my mom would find the right car for her. When she was finally ready to purchase months later, George again helped us, and immediately put my mom at ease. He’s friendly and straightforward, and did not make us feel rushed or pressured. He’s adept at establishing good relationships with his customers-my mom loved him and really bonded with him-and knows the cars he’s talking about. He showed my mom a new model that had just come in, and it seemed like just the right fit for her and met her needs well. She had never bought a car without my dad, and George reassured her that he would only be an email or a phone call away if she has any questions or doesn’t understand something about her new car. I admit that we had initially encouraged my mom to shop around for a car that would be just right for her, but after our dealings with George and Kundert, we were so impressed, and really wanted to stay with Volvo so we could maintain the relationship with this great dealer. Keep up the great work, George and the rest of the Kundert Volvo team!

I have always found the process of car shopping to be very stressful. But this time around, I was fortunate enough to have George Miranda pick up the phone when I called Kundert Volvo about a used Honda CR-V that I had seen on-line. I have been bringing my XC90 2016 to Kundert Volvo of Hasbrouck Heights for the past 2 years. For the most part, Pete is the one who usually helps me with the service process. Pete is always very pleasant and very informative about every detail. Mike has also helped me in the past and he is just as nice and helpful. The waiting area is very comfortable.

This is our 5th or 6th Volvo purchase with this dealership. The owners, managers and our sales representative offer superior service and make us feel like valued customers. The service department is excellent. We are very loyal to this dealership. Our sales representative Jay, goes above and beyond to make the transaction a pleasant experience. Owners Bill, Billy and Erin Kundert are always available and make us feel like part of the extended Kundert family.
