Kundert Volvo

I purchased my used Volvo at a different dealer but bring it here for service. I searched around on the internet trying to find a service center and decided to give Kundert Hasbrouck Heights a try. I'm so glad I did. As a female I love the fact that I'm being treated with respect and not in a condescending way. They're very professional, friendly and teamwork is very evident here. Thank you!

Parts for my repair were not in when I visited and due to a family emergency, could not wait that day. Chip was so accommodating and squeezed me in first thing the next morning, finished the job, and I was on my way in about an hour. I couldn't have asked for more and know I wouldn't have been treated so well elsewhere.

All of the staff at Kundert Volvo are dedicated to providing the best experience possible. They always make sure all service items are addressed and everything is brought up to date. My XC90 is in very good hands here. In addition, everyone you encounter at this dealership is friendly and personable. Its a pleasure coming here.

I had my first service at Kundert and I can't say more about how accommodating and friendly the staff was. I called in the am for an appointment and was scheduled for one in just a matter of minutes for the same afternoon. The service staff was professional and had a great sense of humor! They didn't make me feel inferior because of my lack of "car knowledge"!!!

My S60 went in for 120K service which included changing the timing belt. Car was done same day but they allowed me to keep my loaner car until the next morning. I appreciated their flexibility! An estimate was provided prior to the service and with a coupon was significantly less than the estimate.

I visited this location for the first time with a "new to me" Volvo and they were absolutely fantastic. I wasn't sure what the problem exactly was, and they were great. Friendly and super helpful, not to mention that I was in and out very quickly.
