Friendly, Fast and Professional

Recall Issue
I brought my XC60 in for a recall issue. I came a day early in error. It was no problem. Within 10 minutes I was on my way.

Excellent Service!
I brought my car to a local gas station to have it inspected. It did not pass inspection. They told me it needed rear brakes and rotors. They quoted me a price of $495. I knew to call Volvo right away to see if any of this would be covered. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Once I reached Volvo I told them the situation. Jim Penambere checked my 2015 XC60 for me and let me know that we only needed rear break pads and they were covered under our warranty! Thanks for being honest and saving me $500 on something we did not need!

Great service! Pete greeted me when I arrived, he had my paperwork ready. It didn't take more than 5 minutes to review everything. He handed me the keys to the loaner car and I was out the door ready to tackle Saturday morning errands.

Purchasing a car at Kundert Volvo
The whole process was excellent. It starts with Nikki the internet sales girl making contact with we. Then she hooked me up with Frank and Phillip and the were a tremendous help in picking out our car and getting us a fair price for it. I told them the same, that they have a good team. When we picked it up another salesman Jay went over all the technical aspects of the car. It was also a pleasure meeting and working with the finance guy, I believe he is a Kundert. He wasn't push and gave us good guidance.
