I love the on line scheduling tool. They are ready and waiting when I pull in and are always friendly. They are aware that I have to wait as I live in NYC and this dealership is in NJ and they are always efficient. Waiting area is good.

Exceptional customer service
I went to Kundert Volvo for the 40k service and there was an issue with my record in the system (my safe and secure program was not properly reflected in the system). The service crews quickly contacted my original dealer to resolve the issue and I was able to receive the service seamlessly.

All of the service guys are nice to work with.
The service was good. However, very expensive. The nice loaner was a plus especially since the car was being serviced for more than 6 days.
