Flatirons Subaru

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with The team at Flatirons Subaru! Bobby went above and beyond to educate me about all my car options. He was patient, efficient and helpful in finding the exact car I wanted at the price point I was looking for (actually he found me a better price then I expected!). I traded in my 2007 LL Bean Outback that we purchased at Flatirons as well. I’m thinking this will be my dealership for life. A huge thank you to Bobby and Travis - I am so grateful for your support and will definitely recommend you both to my friends.

Mr. Gorath was nothing but a respectful gentleman. Not a sales person! We found that he was quite professional and willing to answer any questions that we might have. He did not rush us, he listened to us, and even allowed us to drive the vehicle even though I am sure he had worked a full day and probably wanted to go home, especially on a Friday night! Thank you Doug for your knowledge and for your understanding of what our daughter was looking for. Your non-salesman tactics is what impacted our decision as parents to continue to work with you and purchase this vehicle. The meaning to understand where your customer was coming from and looking for, made all the difference. The fact that you "cared" and was not looking to "make a buck" with your non-pressure demeanor, and the gentle sensibility towards us as humans is something that will not be forgotten.

Fred Rudd was fantastic! He listened to my concerns, went out of his way to make us happy, and was so easy going. Most importantly, he did not pressure us or try and manipulate us into buying a car. After purchasing new and used Subarus in the past, this was the best experience yet. My Crosstrek is my 4th Subaru and this purchasing experience wa sthe best one yet! I worked with Xavier Gronros and he was extremely patient and thorough during the process of me figuring out if I wanted to stay with an outbavknor downsize to a crosstrek. Thanks to his help I am so happy with my decision and after a month of driving my Crosstrek have no doubts I made the right decision. He worked hard to get me the best rate possible. While I don’t anticipate wanting to part with my Crosstrek anytime soon, I hope to work with him again In the future when it’s time to buy my teenagers cars.

I really apprecite the no-hassle, no-pressure sales approach. Ian made us feel really comfortable even though we totally switched gears; we came in looking at the Forester models and fell in love with the Outback. Really thankful that Ian could easily detail the difference in features from model year to model year. It’s like this guy eats and sleeps Subaru - he’s a “believer” and so are we!
