Great Service - will definitely be back!

My husband and I looked into a few different cars and each time we went into a dealer we felt pressured to buy that day. When we went to Flatirons Subaru, Mark Berger helped us right away. He was very helpful answering any questions we had and even pulled up the base model of the car that we wanted to see (other dealers would pull out their premium models even though we asked to see the basic). We felt no pressure what so ever to buy the car. Mark was very friendly told us when we were ready to purchase a vehicle to just let him know. We were never hounded with calls or emails to try and get us to buy the car. When we did go in to buy the car, we told him exactly what we wanted. He did some research to get the color we wanted but we ended up going with another color which we love! The pricing was straight forward, no fee's added that we weren't aware of beforehand. I absolutely 100% recommend going to flatirons Subaru to purchase your next Subaru and ask for Mark! I know we will be back for sure!

Great Experience with Ian Mangan & Flatirons

I worked with Ian Mangan to lease my new Subaru Forester, and I don't ever want to work with anyone else! I had never leased a car before, and I had a lot of questions and concerns. Ian walked me through everything step-by-step - taking the process from overwhelming to quick and easy. I am so thankful to Ian and Flatirons for taking the hassle out of car buying/leasing!

Never Trust Anyone Else

Ryan Nuckles, and the entire service team at Flatirons are awesome! I'll never trust my cars to anyone else. Always prompt, always efficient, and I always get my car back when Ryan says I'll get my car back. You're a fool if you go anywhere else.

Doesn't Get Any Better Than This

Kathe Freund did an excellent job from start to finish. She found the perfect SUV with the exterior and interior color that was our first choice for the right price. Kathe was honest, knowledgeable and provided great customer service. If you're in the marker for a new Acura please call Kathe for a stress free experience. We have recommended Kathe to all our friends and family.

Purchase of New Impreza Subaru Hatchback

My sales associate, Jeremy Pylon, of Flatirons Subaru, was super friendly and nice. He was very helpful in explaining and walking me through the functions of the new Subaru. In addition, he made me and my family feel very comfortable during our visit. The whole leasing process was a pleasurable experience for me. I would definitely recommend Jeremy and Flatirons Subaru to anyone thinking about buying or leasing a car. Also, he is excellent in terms of his availability to answer any questions and/or solve any problems.

Pete Seabrook was awesome to work with!

I recently purchased a new Outback from Flatirons and my experience was delightful, painless, and speedy. From the moment I stepped in the door, I was welcomed and didn't feel like I expected to feel at a car sales office. Pete Seabook was friendly, and clear with what he could offer me and never pushed. He helped get me the best price and finance rate too. Within a couple hours, I had bought a new car! It was exactly what I wanted and I love it. I even got the front windows tinted which I had to bring it back for, and they gave me a loaner vehicle for the day so I could work in Boulder while the tinting got done. For my first buying experience and as a woman who didn't want to be intimidated by creepy car salesman, I have to say I'm more than impressed and would recommend checking out Pete at Flatirons Subaru/Acura if you're looking for a new vehicle!

I Had a great experience!

I located the car I was looking for via the internet. The salesperson Kathe Freund, I worked with was wonderful and she was not at all pushy. Her help in demonstrating the technology package of my new 2016 Acura TLX SH-AWD Tech Model was Amazing! I found the entire experience to feel very comfortable. Thank You all at Flat Irons for such a wonderful experience. I will recommend all my friends & family an buy my next car there!! Debbie G.
