Great Service and easy to work with

Just bought a new Subaru at Flatirons Subaru. The experience was super easy and efficient. Our salesman Ray was very helpful and almost like a family friend. The test drives or easy and he was very helpful with the introduction to the new car and its features. I highly recommend Flatirons, Ask for Ray Muller

Beyond thrilled with my new Subaru from Flatiron!

Buying a new car can be a nightmare and very intimidating, especially to a first time buyer. Fortunately, Xavier Gronros and the entire team at Flatiron Subaru are top notch. Never once did I fear that I was being pushed in a certain direction, or feel that I was being taken advantage of. In fact, it was quite the opposite. Between browsing, test driving and even looking to other dealers to get the car I wanted, Xavier helped every step of the way and wouldn't let me off the lot until he had exhausted every one of the questions I had (and some I didn't). When signing your name to something so financially impactful and important to day to day life, you want the salesperson you're shaking hands with to make you feel comfortable, almost like a friend lending you guidance. Xavier is that and more, and I truly feel like I could call him for advice any day of the week, whether it relates to my new Subaru or not! This is also true of the other gentleman that helped me in the search and purchasing process, Ian Mangan (hope the surgery went well), and the entire sales and financing department. Flatirons Subaru is a dealership I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends, and I am certain this purchase is the beginning of a long working relationship to come. Thanks again Xavier and the entire Flatirons Subaru family!

2016 Crosstrek Purchase

Bought my 2016 Crosstrek from Mark Berger. Mark was easy to work with and made the experience a pleasure. I would definitely like to work with Mark again on a future purchase.

Mark Berger, Expert Salesman. 5 Star Rating.

Most of the time buying a new car is a tiresome process. Typical car dealers play the game of amateurish negotiating between salesperson and sales manager. Back and forth, back and forth as you sit there for an hour or more trying to get a reasonable deal nailed down. My Dad taught me a lot about how to negotiate a deal for a new car. I can honestly say that I have rarely had the experience I did at Flatirons Subaru with Mark Berger. No games, no back and forth, to and fro, no nonsense. Mark was well informed about the product he was selling. I mention this because I'm a car nut and my typical experience is one where I know more about the car then the salesperson does. Not so with Mark. Indeed, I learned a lot about the WRX STI which I purchased. I'm a Porsche nut. Now I'm a Subaru nut. I love this car because it's a real drivers car and after 20+ years of racing Porsches, I never though I'd find a car that offers the Porsche-like experience for a fraction of the price. Mark and the service department were excellent........every answer to my question or request was a simple....."No problem." Great sales guy, great dealership, and a fabulous, fun car!

Great place to buy a Subaru

Bought a new Outback and dealt with Fred Rudd. He's a nice guy to deal with. Doesn't try to push you into something you don't want and didn't play games. I would personally recommend him to anyone looking for a new Subaru. I don't live in Co. but that's where I bought.

Great customer service....as always!!!

I have been leasing cars from Flatirons Subaru for at least 15 years and Mark Berger has been my sales person for every one of them!!! Mark's customer service has been second to none and that is the reason why I continue to use Flatirons for my car needs. Don't get me wrong, Subaru is a great Colorado car and I will never drive another type of vehicle(my wife also drives a Subaru) but Mark never pushes you into something you are not interested in just to make a sale. My wife's lease is up in a year and a half.....see you then Mark!!!

Great experience

I have worked with Mark Berger since 2009. I bought 2 Subarus from him at different times. Being a single women and a senior, it could have been a daunting experience, but it was not. Thanks to Mark, he helped we along the way. He kept in touch with me to keep me informed when the new car would arrive. The help he gave me after purchasing my Subaru was invaluable. He deserves 5 stars.

No Pressure

If you are in the market for a new or used car I would definitely recommend Flatirons Acura and Pete Seabrook. The atmosphere low pressure and lets you take you time to make sure you're making the right choice. Pete Seabrook was excellent to work with, he made sure we got exactly what we wanted and worked with us on our financing options. I have recommended this dealership and our dealer to my friends and family. I hope to work with them on my next purchase!

Maggie Grewe is a fine service writer

Maggie Grewe did a great job of handling my repair. She called me with updates as needed, and when some additional problems were found did not pressure me to deal with those problems right then. She helped prioritize the additional work that needed to be done on the car, so I could work these repairs into my budget. It is kind of the luck of the draw as to which service writer you get when you go in for service. I hope that I get Maggie again.
