Exceptional

I took my RAV 4 purchased from your Dealership in 2011 for the 4th Service after run of around 20435 Miles. During the earlier service<i was told that they will change the Air filter during the 4th Service but Matt refused to do that giving lame excuse! I took the car around 15.45 after my Hospital duty when Matt told me that He canb not arrange for the Wash as all the people leave by 16 Hrs. and he can not arrange for the Wash but when I took aout the Car around 16.20 hrs. I found Toyota is accepting Cars for Service & Wash as per the top tag in that particular car.Its realy hard to go back to your Service people in future as I did loose the faith on Right Toyota.

Good Service

They took care of me. My car had to have the transmission replaced. They fixed everything, so I was able to work the Phoenix Open!

easy process!

Bruce was our salesman and I greatly appreciated his helpful, informative expertise without the high pressure sales pitch. The whole process was much easier than I had anticipated going in and both my husband and I were more than pleasantly surprised.

I will be back!

Mr. Spies greeted us as we arrived and showed us the used vehicles. after various questions he lead us to a Scion XB. Not once did it feel like he was pushing us into anything, or tried to pull one over us. He was honest and put us in a fantastic new car with only 16 miles on it! We will be coming back in the future.
