Right Toyota

the was a miss trust when I try to purchase a new Mini Van with trade in ,the was no closure from Sales team on my 2011 trade in Mini van and they didn't offer any solution therefore I'm taking the new van back and not recomment this dealership to my neighbors,Collegues and friends .

Overall, the experience was great. The people were all friendly and the environment was very cozy. Id definately refer friends and family to this dealership!

Needed a new car for my wife and from the initial visit through the finance process it was in our opinion the best new or used dealer experience we have ever encountered; both of us are in our 60's so this was not our first RODEO. Jim in sales and Jamie in finance were both friendly and knowledgable and never at any point did we feel any pressure to purchase something that we didn't want. We also didn't feel any pressure that we needed to buy right then or the deal would go away. For us there was no haggeling or having to wait in an empty office while they tried to get us a better deal with management. We believe we received a fair trade-in on our old car and was pleased with the price on the new Toyota. At the end of the day if you can walk out of the dealership feeling good about the whole experience, that, in my opinion is a good day. Thank you Right Toyota....

We came in to meet with Mike Perez at 1:00pm, I was sat down and explained about different choices that we had. I had just come over from the Honda dealer where we were not too pleased with their sales person. Mike was easy to talk to, very nice and never once gave us attitude or made us feel like we were being pressured to buy RIGHT now. I felt like he genuinely cared about getting us the best offer and what was right for our family. I would give him 100 percent positive feedback! Once we met with our finance person, he got us in and out of there within 15 minutes! I could not believe how good he was but still very thorough. I was pleased overall with Toyota and will come back for sure!
