Refreshingly honest!! I was in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee L of which Smith haven had a few. I had previously been to Varsity auto with they enticing “THE PRICE YOU SEE IS THE PRICE YOU PAY”-guarantee, only to discover more than 2000$ worth of extra fees once you sit down to talk business… So, I was guarded when I called and spoke to Brandon Smith, but he reassured me that the only thing added to their advertised price was the tax and registration. I ended up buying a 2023 Grand Cherokee L Overland, and the whole process was smooth and honest, they even ended up lowering the price almost 1500 from what was advertised!! I can’t recommend this company enough, it’s such a relief to deal with people that mean what they say. Old school!! Keep it up guys, you definitely have a returning customer here, and I will recommend you to friends and family.

Have been a customer of Smithaven Dodge for over 10 years. Currently am on my 4th Jeep from this dealership. I have always touted to others how great their service department is, however, I now need to get my vehicle inspected before end of December and I have a check engine light on. Vehicle cannot pass inspection with this light on. Over 2 weeks ago I was advised that I will be placed on a list for a loaner since I need the vehicle for everyday use. I cannot get a straight answer nor a response from their service team member Timothy. He says he will call back and fails to do so. When I call back I get the run around. Needless to say, be careful of this dealer. They have gone downhill with their service group for sure.

I know Tina for many years. She has sold me four vehicles now. She is a very knowledgeable and personable sales person. Very educated on all the information about the vehicles and the very patient person. The whole experience at the dealership was great. I got a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and I love it. Happy holidays!

Not that I doubted Brett Saslow but Smith Haven is "The Real Deal" My family has now purchased 5 vehicles from his dealership and we are never, ever disappointed! I was there Friday for a "Free" inspection on my Jeep and as usual I was greeted with a smile by the attendant who was kind, caring & professional. One of the clerks was so kind to these 2 cousins who were with their Grandmother. She gave them papers to color on and her high lighters. That set the tone for all of us in the waiting room. We all talked with one another instead of being glued to our cell phones! The people I met that day, employees and the customers were "Top Notch"! I highly recommend Smith Haven Jeep Ram! Won't return my $500 deposit. All was good until time to pick up truck, then it became all about some sort of survey. Was told if I didn't give perfect score, all 10's, that it would affect everyone's salary. Talk about dramatic. When I told the salesman I don't do surveys, he sort of lost it. Slammed his i-pad on the desk and stormed off to get the manager. I figured a place that desperate for a survey must be having bigger problems so I left. Now three weeks later can't get my money back, sales manager won't return my call. Stay away from this dealership!

This dealership is unprofessional, did not deliver the car as agreed, they lost the paperwork that they agreed to take care of on the car. The bill of sale was wrong 4 times, tried to charge $1,000. Over the sale of the car. When i went back to pick up the car the mileage was 400 miles over than when I purchased the car.

I called on Sunday and spoke to Neil. He was very knowledgeable. I made an appointment for the next day. When I arrived the salesman that Neil had me meet was Jay Marine. I have been to many dealerships and I know now what to look out for. The beauty of working with Jay is he was up front and honest. Jay had to leave and Brandon took over giving us continued great courteous service. Brandon had the car prepared and ready to go. He was thorough in his explains the car features and ready to go. His personality again like Neil and Jay was as it should be when purchasing a large ticket item— just plain and simple and they all delivered what I wanted. I purchased a Dodge Ram that is a real nice car all around. Neil had already picked the perfect truck for me after our discussion. I could not be more happy with the courteous treatment I received. They are fair and honest. The finance person, Sean, showed me the different ratings the banks had given for me. One was an A rating the other was a 3 not sure about what that meant but I have been to dealerships that would never show me the different ratings. The finance person was no gimmicks nor any surprises I have seen elsewhere. I would strongly recommend if you are going to purchase a car that you go to Smithaven Jeep, Dodge dealership located in Smithtown. I will be purchasing another truck soon and I will return because of the decent treatment I received. Thank you all for being so knowledgeable and trustworthy!

If you are considering purchasing a Jeep vehicle, it would be in your interest to stop at Smith Haven Jeep. I was working with another dealership which was a complete nightmare. Here, at Smith Haven Jeep, Rahul saved me! He was extremely professional and made sure my experience was a complete 180 from the other place. I ended up with a 2022 New Grand Cherokee. The trim level I wanted could not be found. However, Rahul found one that was out of state, went out of his way to get the car for me and gave me the deal I was hoping to get. There as absolutely no run around, everything was completely up front. Day of delivery was so smooth! Give Rahul a call, he will do right by you!
