I was given and appointment on Wednesdays for Friday for a broken driver side mirror. When o arrived for my appointment at 10:30 I was sent inside to travis. He told me he would find me inside. I was surprised that I wasn’t given anything to sign. I waited for 2 hr and finally asked a young lady for help. She took me up to travis’s desk and when he came he told me they did not have the part. I said I was concerned about driving home and he isn’t said I could leave the car and he would get me ride. I live all the way west and felt that was not a good idea. He did not even think about getting me a rental. I did come back on Saturday and paid 700 dollars for the mirror. I felt like he did not care what I went through. I have been coming to your facility for over 20 years and have always been treated well. I am very sad at the way things have changed

In fact, I now live near Tampa and purchased my 2026 RAV4 PHEV XSE from Earl Stewart and drove for 3.5 hours each way because they are so good. This is the 6th new car purchased from them. The dealerships near Tampa were not on board with remove their dealership fees (some are $1800) and Earl never charges that. The red phone which connects directly to Earl or one of his sons (all managers), all the customer to resolve any issues they think they have with sales or service, by speaking directly with the people in charge. Truly they are the most customer focused dealership I’ve ever used. This company is the only company I follow on Facebook. Here are four people who will treat you right from the start to finish; Josh Stewart, Jason Lady, Matt Yufit, Steven Silverstein, Laura Wolford and for service Randy Deppen.

Absolutely Superb service today. Had an outside mirror replaced and complete service from lubricants, battery, tires and alignment. My RAV4 drives new again. Unique environment with a greatt staff committed to helping me the customer.

I searched the Earl Stewart Toyota of NPB website and found the 2026 Tacoma I wanted. There was no guessing about the price of the truck. I spoke with Steven Silverstein one afternoon about the purchase I would like to make. We set up a convenient time that weekend and I was the proud owner in under two hours. It was an incredible dealership experience. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Earl Stewart Toyota in NPB. My parents have also purchased a car from Earl Stewart. The service department at this dealership is also top notch. My 2015 Sienna gave me 176,000 miles of enjoyment. Toyota is a great car brand and their repeat customers tell the true story. My new Tacoma just makes me happy! Do yourself a favor and visit Mr. Silverstein at Earl Stewart Toyota for a test drive.

This dealer was recommended by a friend who used them a year ago and had a positive experience. Well they’re going to be sad when I share my experience. After 5 days of phone tag I finally spoke with an agent. Needless to say he was less than enthusiastic. I explained I needed an OTD quote because I was out of town. His response bury verbally and later in an email was we don’t have dealer fees so just take the advertised price and add tax and tags. Seriously? I was super disappointed. No personalization or energy to do anything. I rated two stars because at least he returned my call.

We had a great experience working with Steven on purchasing our Grand Highlander. He was really helpful in picking out what features we needed and which ones we didn’t. After the vehicle came in, he was super helpful in getting us set up and going through then features. The dealership was also great at getting us a low interest rate as they shop multiple lenders to try to get you the lowest rate. Overall it was a great experience and we really appreciated that they have no dealership fees. We look forward to purchasing our next car with Steven in the future.
