Great service

Everything was well organised, the buying process was quick. And most importantly our salesperson Taz was Super nice and very attentive to what we asked for and answered all our questions.

AC warranty service

Air conditioner warranty service handled well without appointment. I know they did the best they could but I wish it wasn’t such a lengthy process.

Friendly, timing was right on. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They called before their estimated time to say my vehicle was ready and everything was great when I arrived

Buying a car doesn't have to be painful

Aydin Fattahe who served us was straight forward and did not play games with us. We appreciate an honest no gimmick transaction. He also helped us familiarize with the various features of the car we bought.

Respectful sales and finance personnel.

Respectful personnel. No high pressure tactics; just information. I was in and out a few times while comparing competitor's models. The test drive and the low key, open invitation to compare and come back sold me.

Recall air bag

Much better than last time. The previous time was negative star if I could give one. Rude, unprofesionnal staff. This time around, Cedric J was helpful, proactive and professional. The new assnt manager, Kevin, was pleasant and hekpful.

Honest folks. Did a great job, excellent pricing.

Friendly people, good service

The people were friendly and helpful. The purchase process was fairly easy although somewhat long. I also appreciated the fact that my salesperson was available to answer all my questions when I called.
