Buerkle Acura

I purchased my car from Buerkle and have had it serviced there ever since. Both the purchase and the subsequent servicing have been great experiences. I still stop by and chat with the sales person who sold me the car. The service person discusses in detail with me what they have found and is willing to also discuss what needs fixing now versus what can wait. They will also provide a free loaner car with a full tank of gas. All they ask for is that it be returned with a full tank of gas. This makes it very easy to drop the car off for the day instead of waiting in the waiting room (which is also very nice with TV, newspapers, phone and internet service). There is also a shopping mall across the street so you can drop the car off, do some shopping and then pick the car up when its done. Service and parts are also open Saturday which is handy.

I called Bueurkle Acura and talked to Gregg Stoltman and let him know that I was coming in the next day to look at the vehicle. Unfortunately Gregg could not be there but set me up with Andy Phan and filled Andy in on the details, so Andy was ready for us when we got there. Andy did a great job of showing us the Jeep, he had a great Test Drive route. Andy was not at all pushy, he gave us (myself, my wife and son) time by ourselves to make the decision. We decided to purchase the Jeep and all the paper work including financing went quick and smooth. It was a Great Car Shopping Experience.

Great used car buying experience! Some minor issues with the vehicle I purchased, but they were actually pointed out right away without being "hidden" and I was told they were going to be addressed before the vehicle was to be sold. They were addressed a couple days later with great satisfaction! Everything about buying my used vehicle was a delight...thanks again Rick!
