Friendly and great service
Crest did repairs to my starter on my 2014 Honda. The service was excellent and timely. The service advisor Matt Stewart was friendly and professional. The service manager was nice and provided some financial assistance due to some previous vehicle concerns. I thank Crest Honda for the great customer service.

Service
We've bought 3 cars from Crest Honda here in Nashville, TN in the last 3 years in our family. We always bring our Honda back and have it serviced at Crest. This time it was an oil change. They changed the oil, did a multi point safety check (I watched the tech do this) and gave us a free car wash. I really appreciate their attention to detail when working on our car. I feel that my wife and grand kids will be safe in our CRV anytime. Thanks Crest Honda and you wouldn't be a great dealership without your great people who work there for us all.

Oil change
Every time I bring my Honda Accord in I am treated as if I was the only customer in the building. They careful explain everything to me as if my car was going into surgery,with that being said the service,experience is always great.

Yay, new car!
I bought my first brand new car ever yesterday, and Nate A. made it an easy, even fun experience. From beginning to end, every employee was helpful, friendly, and thorough in explaining features, financing, and even setting up my Bluetooth so I can talk through my car just like Knight Rider. Shout out as well to Ben P., the financing guru who made paper signing fun, and to the popcorn machine for providing me a delicious nontraditional breakfast.
