Crest Honda

I went into Crest dealership looking for a sales associates that was recommended by an acquaintance, but he was off that day. However; from the time I pulled in, Nate greeted me and my wife and offered to help us if we wanted to take the time and look around even though the recommended associate we went in looking for was not there. Nate was very professional and courteous. He was also sensitive to our time because my wife was on her lunch break. He pulled 2 different cars, washed the pollen off them so that we can look at them up close or test drive if we wanted to.

Crest Honda made the entire car buying experience easy and very satisfying. My first service call the young man that assisted me (Matt) was very helpful AND patient. I received an email today....and only today about a survey for the service I received. The email said one was sent prior but I never received one. So this is the only survey I have received and I give Matt major 4 STARS!!!

I went to Crest Honda for my first ever car purchase and I don't regret it for a second. Nate was waiting to great me as soon as I pulled in and we got started right away. He was quick, courteous, and above all a really nice guy throughout the entire process. You can tell right away that he isn't your stereotypical car salesman as he is humble and really wants to help you above all else. I found a car I liked and wanted to sleep on it before I made any decision and he was awesome about it. He kept in contact and when I woke up the next morning I still felt great about the car and Nate and got the process started right away. He was attentive to us the entire time and got us out of there faster than I expected which made the overall experience great. Nate Allen is the guy to go to at Crest Honda! I just visited Mr. Nate D. Allen (the Official Singing Salesman) to purchase a car for the third time in three years. Just like the previous two purchases (for myself and my wife, respectively), this was a fantastic experience and I can highly recommend Crest and Nate to anyone looking to buy a vehicle without the hassle! This particular car was for my sister, and she found the exact car she was looking for in the price range we wanted. Nate made everything easy and we were driving the car home within 2.5 hours after we stepped foot on the lot. Short of giving us the car for free (apparently Buy 2/Get 1 deals are uncommon in the auto industry), there was nothing else that Mr. Allen could have done to make our experience terrific! I have been to a couple of other dealers in my life and it's not hard to find a sales person who wanna sell you a car, but I bet that it is tough to find the sales man who is flexible and strives hard to get what you want and not only understands your situations but also tries hard in doing what all he can with in the power he can exert.
