Great service all around!
It was by far the best experience I have ever had when having a car serviced. The shuttle was an added bonus. It made it easy for me to still be at work on time! The customer service was awesome!

"Nate D. Allen and Crest Honda EARNED 5 Stars !!!" Yep, Crest Honda and wonderful Salesman Nate D. Allen (Singing Salesman) earn a 5 star review ! Please know I actually live 3 hours away from Crest Honda. After talking with a close friend, she HIGHLY recommended Crest Honda after purchasing a new Accord. Had I already been to closer dealerships ? The answer is yes. So ...... after learning about Crest I got online and discovered the "Certified" Accord I had been seeking. Nate called and I found him personable, an excellent communicator, a young man of integrity, willing and did go "the extra mile". . Arriving at Crest on a busy day ...... Nate was organized with the consumer in mind. The entire process was seamless, there were no hiccups and quite frankly..... Nate made the entire process an enjoyable experience !!! I also wish to thank Mike Burris who is in Finance and was a wonderful part of of the team at Crest !! Again, the above Crest Team ensured my car purchase was a totally positive experience. Best car buying experience!
All I can say is wow! From the moment we drove onto the lot we were greeted with a friendly smile and a positive atmosphere. We had been to another dealership in town but Crest Honda had a larger inventory and had the color and trim in stock that we were looking for so that is how we ended up at the dealership. Not only did they have a larger selection of cars, they blew the price we were quoted at the pervious dealership of of the water! We were shocked! Nate D. Allen sat with us in his office area and walked us through the entire process. He was so knowledgable and personable. He made us feel so comfortable with our decision and answered all of our questions. He was speedy and made the process breeze by. This is the first Honda I have owned and I can say I am elated to be part of the Crest Honda family! We will be coming back for years to come!

Great service
Went in to have car checked out for an upcoming road trip. What a surprise when a complementary check was offered. All was okay except for a couple of dirty filters. Keep up the great work Crest Honda!

Singing salesman
As I was wondering through the Crest lot in the pouring train trying to decide between a used or new Accord, I was approached by a salesman holding a very cheap umbrella. Without giving any attention to the weather conditions, he introduced himself as Nate Allen, and asked how he could best assist me. We continued to walk through the lot getting drenched, but Nate didn?t mind at all. He was very knowledgeable of the different cars, and didn?t try to push me in any direction. He just gave me the facts, and answered all of my questions - which I really appreciated. I had a great experience working with Nate ?The Singing Salesman?, and if he is still selling Honda?s in 30 years when I need to replace this one, I?ll be buying it from him!
