Crest oil change for accord hybrid.
Very quick oil change - took just 30 minutes, even without an appointment. My air filters were clean. I've always wondered if dealers dirty up the filters and then show the customer so they can bill for a replacement. Crest said the filters were clean and did not need to be replaced.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I did not feel any pressure to sign and drive away immediately. Nate D. Allen, aka the Singing Salesman, met with me two weekends in a row as I test drove multiple Accords. He was more than happy to let me drive three of the exact same car (but different colors)! I ultimately chose the car that immediately felt like mine when I took her for a spin. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle, and Nate understood what a big decision it was for me. He answered all my questions and did not rush me to make a decision. I found a great deal on the new Accord, and have only wonderful things to say about the experience from the moment I stepped on the lot, to the moment I drove my car off it.

Happy honda
My service technician Tucker Price was excellent. He went above and beyond his call of duty. He was very patient, caring and understanding! He explained everything thoroughly and offered suggestions all with a smile. Although they were very busy that day, he did not seemed overwhelmed nor did he led the pressures of the day get to him. Also the parts department was very nice and courteous.
