I had an excellent experience purchasing our new Sienna from Bredemann, and a big part of that was thanks to our salesperson, Patsy. She was wonderful to work with—kind, honest, and communicative throughout the entire process. Finding a Sienna that matched all of our requirements took some time, but Patsy stayed in consistent communication the whole way and kept us updated. When it finally came time to purchase, she was patient working around our schedule for when we could come into the dealership. I felt no pressure throughout the process. Patsy made the experience smooth and comfortable, and she even took the time to help us get everything set up in the vehicle before we drove off—something we really appreciated. The dealership also gave us a fair price for our trade-in. On top of that, the entire purchase process was quick and efficient—we were in and out in about 1.5 hours, which is a huge improvement over the 3+ hour experiences you often hear about. Overall, I highly recommend Bredemann, and I will definitely be reaching out to Patsy again when it’s time for our next vehicle.

Bought two cars from the team here in the span of 3 days... One for my father and one for my wife. I felt confident that they were fair and helpful. Nestor and Marzena were very friendly and informative. They had answers for our questions and genuinely knew what they were selling. Tran was willing to work with us on the numbers and not just because we bought two cars. I'd make the trek to them from the south side. It's worth it.

For me buying a new car is only something I do every 10 years so when I do I shop around. I visited every Toyota dealer in the Chicago area. After visiting Bredemann and meeting Patsy I still went to other dealers looking for my new rav4. After visiting all the dealers I went back to Patsy at Bredemann and now am a very happy customer and new owner of a rav4.
