Great team over there at Bredemann Toyota from top to

Great team over there at Bredemann Toyota from top to bottom. Transparent and fair in pricing and will work to consider all offers. If you've done your research and have a sense of the market for your model/make they will work with you. Both parties probably didn't feel like they got the best deal = fair deal . No sleazy sales tactics or add on fees that some dealerships try to do. Joey/Syed - Great associates who will try their best to advocate on your behalf. Patient and knowledgeable to help answer any questions/concerns. Very chill vibes with no pressure. Ninos - Will try his best to help close a deal. Honest and offered great advice on trade in. Jesus - Great guy. Saved me few bucks on pointing out transfer vs new plates. Understood my situation and worked to get me best rate. B. Monks - Starts with this guy. If you have some change donate to his pension fund!

We were looking for a Toyota Camry and looked at all the dealerships in the Chicagoland area. Bredemann had the best reviews and had the car we wanted incoming so we decided to check it out. The process of making an appointment to browse was easy and miraculously they had the car we wanted on the lot, so we bought it the same day! Our sales person Syed was really great and did not push us into anything we didn't want, and even gave our daughter chips and candy when she started getting squirrelly. We were in a rush because we were going to see a ballet (we hadn't been planning on buying the car that day!) and Syed got the really nice man in the finance area to expedite us. It went really fast, and had much less fees than we were expecting. (my mom got her Toyota from another local dealer and had to pay a lot more fees.) It was so painless, and as a mother I just really appreciate how much they took care of my daughter (you know how impatient kids can get when waiting around for 2+ hours.) everyone we talked to was really kind.

This was one-time experience: new car under warranty

This was one-time experience: new car under warranty wouldn't start. Was towed to Bredemann Toyota, and they took care of it. Everything was perfect: promptly called as soon as the car arrived to them, listened. suggested scheduled maintenance, explained what's covered; on the next day fixed the car, including replacing bad battery that failed load test; promptly called and said that the car is ready for pickup. The pickup itself was fast and with zero problems. I should mention that had the car not been under warranty, I wouldn't even think about going to _any_ dealership for repairs.

It’s one thing to rate a business when things go right, it’s completely different when things go wrong. The service/ manager/director refuses to honor any warranty and trains his employees to look for anything they can to avoid repairs under warranty. My car is still under 3 year 36k bumper to bumper but yet Toyota dealer won't honor it. The head service man is a very unprofessional individual that treat customers like no other. Told me to "go f my self" and to go the direction to where I got the Toyota from . This place is a big disappointment and I have purchased cars there because I trusted the name and brand that stands behind it.

Dealer response

You just bought this used Venza from Zeigler Jeep in Schaumburg a week prior and wanted Toyota to warranty a broken headlight. We told you that the bumper is off on the drivers side, where the headlight is full of water. That is not a product malfunction that Toyota corporate would cover because it was caused by damage. Dealers do not warranty vehicles - manufacturers do. It's not our call. If we could get something covered under warranty for any customer we of course would as there is no downside. The vehicle you bought at another Toyota dealership has extensive history on the east coast of failed state safety inspections and 2 different Toyota dealers not being able to certify the car, assuming because of damage. We tell you this and you turn a 180 apologizing over and over again that you never knew. We advised you to run back to the Ziegler and get them to do something or take the car back with this kind of history. This history will haunt you at any Toyota dealership with the multiple hits on the National History system. We would never sell a used vehicle in this condition. You left with our service manager's card and the offer to have the Jeep store call him if they would like our opinion of what was sold to you in an attempt to help you. Then you leave this review. You purchased a used Toyota from a Jeep store that has extensive history with Toyota dealers, up and down the east coast, of failures to state safety inspections and unable to be certified. Toyota will not warranty damaged parts. The drivers side bumper is off its mounts and has been removed. The same side the headlight is damaged on. We gave you all this information to take back to the Jeep dealer that you just bought it from, with an offer to speak with them on your behalf.

It does not take a village to support you when you shop

It does not take a village to support you when you shop for a car. It does not take an army to protect you from lies "your car you are coming to test drive just got sold", 20 minutes before you reached the dealership for a scheduled test drive. Or a different dealership's sales rep shoved the paperwork for a used 2024 Toyota Corrola Cross XLE (5 MILES ON BOARD) IN MY FACE and coerced me to buy it for more than its NEW version would cost! I WALKED OUT. I finally got Jerry's name from a friend whose entire family bought cars only from Jerry. I called Jerry, and I left a voicemail. He was off that day, but he returned my call the next day. Jerry had the car I needed, and I went to see the car and buy it. I had some trouble securing the finances, but Jerry gave me the option to put a downpayment to hold the car. I went to the bank the next day (Jerry was off), and I got the finances. I went to the dealership the following day, and I purchased the car. Simple. I called my friend, and I thanked her for saving me hours of driving from a dealership to another hoping one would have the car they advertised they did. Jerry was, and remains, the greatest, the most kind, and the nicest person to buy a car from.
