Bob Smith Service is great!

Taking a car in for service is not my favorite thing to do. However, I have been taking my X5 to Bob Smith since I purchased it in 2008 and one of the reasons I do is because of Ken Firmin. He always greets with a positive and cheerful smile. I always look forward to seeing him. All who I have met at this dealership have been professional and kind.

They are bus. You have to wait a week if you want a loaner.

I took the car in 3 weeks ago because the back seat rattled. They "fixed" it, and then it started rattling again last week. I called to make an appointment and they said I can bring the car in only between 7 and 11 a.m!!! After getting upset, the clerk agreed to "allow" me to come in at 3:40. I took it in today AGAIN. The loaners are very basic cars, some without navigation. Brian Avelar is great though. The problem is that they are very busy and you just have to wait for an appointment if you want a loaner. Isaac, the Resident Genius, is also very helpful. He does everything he can to resolve issues.

We Got The Car We Really Wanted

Anthony Fagundes was a pleasure to deal with. He searched high and low for exactly the car we were looking for - and we were really picky about the specs - and negotiated fairly and with great charm and consideration. For once, the case buying process was actually enjoyable and above board, and we wouldn't hesitate to go back to Anthony for our next car.

Excellent Service Experience

I am usually very skeptical about going to the dealership for service or repairs when out of warranty. I decided to try it and I was extremely pleased with my experience. Christina was my service advisor and she helped me understand what services my car needed and the time frame I could schedule them. The prices were actually very impressive compared to an indy shop I use to go to. I also just checked out their inventory and it made me wish I had purchased my car from here.

Thanks Bob Smith BMW!

We just purchased a used 2011 Ford Edge as is from Bob Smith's dealership. 5 days after we purchased the car we had a mechanical breakdown and the extended warranty that we purchased refused to cover the repairs. Julia in finance was amazing as she went to bat for us working with the warranty representative to try and get Warranty Solutions to cover the repairs After two days of working with the warranty company they still refused to pay for the repairs. I just received a call from Julia stating that the dealership was covering the repair! I never expected this because we bought the vehicle as is and purchased a warranty. In this day and age of so many businesses lacking integrity it is so nice to deal with a business that values their customers! Thanks again, we appreciated everything that was done to help us!

Bob Smith BMW Calabasas is like a home to me, the staffs greets and treats me always with first class accords, they work for and with you just to make your day and get you that very good car you desire. If you want to feel like a king or Queen, this is where you get it.

Great service, friendly and efficient!

My husband and I have been buying our BMWs at Bob Smith for many years. We have used the same salesman, Larry, and have been very pleased. What I really like is the service department. Ken is our service rep. He explains everything, takes as much time as I need with me and is very efficient. I am happy with the entire service department.

Nice Ambience & great customer service

I am very satisfied with my car service at Bob Smith BMW, my service advisor Ken Firmin was very accommodating & assisted me personally in getting a loaner car while my car was in service. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my family & friends. The people working there are nice & friendly from my service advisor down to the service driver.
