After leasing many Mercedes Benz automobiles, I made a major decision to go with BMW thanks to a referral from a friend. Eddie was amazing- patient, profession, and extremely knowledgeable. This was not the experience I had several years ago when I considered changing to a BMW. Not only did he spend time explaining the car & taking me for a serious test drive, but he spent 2 hours with me and my friend explaining the car.

I had another fantastic experience at Bob Smith BMW. Neil Perlmutter has sold me 3 BMW's and he is such an outstanding person. He went above and beyond to get me the car that I really wanted (3 series), based on the color and accessories that were important to me. I really enjoy coming back to this dealer, as their personnel is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend doing business with Neil. He really cares about his customers. Great job.

I was shopping around for a used car and found their listing online. Went in a few times to look at the car and test drive it, and finally after a week or so I was able to get it. Received great help from Neil, who kept in touch with me while I was making my decision and helped locate other cars in case the one I wanted didn't work out. Go see Tig Pourian in service, he is always awesome to deal with. He takes care of me and my X5M every time! This last trip was just 2 weeks past the expiration of my warranty and he still covered most of the service needed. For everything else, he did his best to get me competitive pricing (i.e. new tires, new battery, etc). I know good pricing and service and he gave me both.
