James Piper, the General Manager, is a terrible

James Piper, the General Manager, is a terrible representative of this dealership. He knows nothing about customer service and is blinded as a leader and incapable of recognizing the atrocious communication his dealership is plagued by. It wasn't until I "offended" him by my angry text to one of his sales people that he called me back. I don't blame Aaron who was the sales person assisting me. It is James, the General Manager who acted like a petulant child on the phone. He needs to get out of the service industry. Look at one of the other 1 star reviews as you can see a pattern of practice with regard to Sterling BMW's management.

John was amazing, great experience and wonderful team.

John was amazing, great experience and wonderful team. It’s a beautiful location. Everyone there is super knowledgeable and friendly. It was a no pressure car buying Experience.

I have been communicating with Vogar Nuenz for the past week about an x1. I told him i will be coming down on the weekend to buy the car. He told me down he sold the car on my way down. He did not care nor did the managers of the store. All they said we can let you know anything comes in. DO NOT BUY cars from here or give them any business with them! BE AWARE! STAY AWAY!

Our salesman Aaron was great to work with but the

Our salesman Aaron was great to work with but the managers and business office were AWFUL! We purchased the vehicle and they wouldn’t give it to us for 10 days because we wrote a check. A manager named Mike treated us like we were garbage. I expected better from a BMW dealership. It felt like we were at a shady used car dealership and they were just messing with us. I will never purchase a car from them again! Our salesman was super helpful and kind but everything after that was a nightmare. We drove up there for a third time after the check had cleared from our bank and they STILL wouldn’t give us the car. It was so frustrating and it feels like a toxic and dysfunctional environment where they don’t work as a team and don’t give a crap about customer service.
