Had a very pleasant experience at this dealership the past few days. I bought a M340i for my son, Mike Teymouri was exceptionally professional and courteous. He along with Manager Mike Reade made this experience quite different and relaxing. Mr. Reade went the extra mile to straighten out some wrinkles with BMWFS, he didn't need to do that, especially in today's market. After the vehicle acquisition we walked away from the dealership feeling good as opposed to a feeling of being "being taken for a ride" which is a common refrain at auto dealerships now a days. Again quite refreshing!

First off, Tina Swistak is the absolute best. This is the 2nd BMW 750 I’ve got from her. Very simple and quick process. Best BMW dealership in Southern California.
