Write a reviewStolen service contract,
my wife and I bought a brand new 2009 dodge Challenger from brown Daub Dodge in bath Pennsylvania. The salesman at the time told us he would give us a service contract for free if we bought the vehicle since no one was really buying cars in 2009 because the economy was real bad and he also told us he would give us the extended warranty for free if we took a loan out from peoples first credit union which we did .couple months ago I took her car in for service and the gentleman said the rotors would need to be replaced, so I says check to see if the lifetime warranty will cover it at that time he came out to the waiting area and said you have no lifetime warranty so I went home got out the sales receipt and found out that Brown Daub actually charged us for the service contract of $2200 and gave us no extended warranty at all as a faithful customer we took the car there twice a year as we were told by the salesman and they would always take care of the warranty. Oil changes and inspections yet the powertrain warranty in 2019 was never done. Why wouldn’t I have it done it’s free the dealership failed to do the powertrain warranty inspection now they’re saying they’re no longer is a warranty and that is our fault. The car was in for service and inspection right around the time of the powertrain warranty. It was done in 2014 and 2019 the new service manager,Sal Bawab failed to do the inspection even though it was requested and on the service writers computer after all, we bought the car there now expected the dealership to take care of us faithfully took it there twice a year oil change, and inspection. Yet failed to do the powertrain warranty, inspection, so I asked if they could get together with us send all the receipts to Chrysler customer care and get this issue straightened out so we get our car reinstated after all we bought a $2200 service contract. The results I got was Sal Bawab says to me what do you expect me to do about it after he left it go he didn’t take care of our car properly and the service manager before that took real good care of us and our car. It shows on the receipt that he was the new service manager right at the time when this didn’t take place now I want them to help get it reinstated, and they refuse or want to sell me another warranty Not only that every time I had an oil change done the car was low, 1 quart low on oil it’s a 6 quart capacity but they only give you 5 quarts at $100 an oil change now I want to dealership to sit down with us send in all our receipts and say that this is their fault for not doing the powertrain inspection. After all it’s free. Why wouldn’t you have it done if you ask me the service manager should be fired for talking to me like that because it is his fault that the powertrain warranty inspection wasn’t done

Was sold car which broke in one week of purchase
Purchased 2022 car. Within one week of purchase power steering did not work. Working one month blue tooth stopped working. Now car is making noises. There offer was to repurchase my car for 6500 less and lower offer than blue book. Never had a car with so many issues within two months of purchase. Worst dealership

Unethical
I had gone in there to buy a truck. It was there..the.appointment was made for the next day. We could have gone at any time 11am was chosen. We went there and to my utter dismay someone had come at ten am and held the truck for 500 so someone there tipped one of their friends or family members that we were going to but the truck and they showed up right before our appointment. It was a woman with dark hair salesperson and she is awful. That was the most unethical thing that could have been done. They are disrespectful. No one should go there

"REPUTATION IS EVERYTHING!" NOT!
Bought my car a week ago and drove it for about 5 minutes when I noticed a rattle in one of the speakers. I called immediately but the service manager,Brad was not in. I called again the next day and spoke to him. I told him the situation and asked if he could look at it. He said there was nothing he could do. Brad then offered me $50.00 for a new speaker. Such an insult! After I said again, "you are not even going to look at it?" He replied. "If you want we can look at it but there's nothing we can do." I was highly offended by Brad. I was so upset I didn't even want to EVER deal with this company again. I took the car to Faulkner Subaru in Bethlem. The problem was not even the speaker but. Someone had removed the insulation inside the door and some of the clips that held the window in place. $334.00 later. They were incredibly nice at Faulkner but unfortunately it cost me. I will never recommend buying a car there nor would I ever reccomend having a man like Brad taking care of my car. I thought "REPUTATION IS EVERYTHING BROWN DAUB?" Maybe you should pay more attention in the Customer Service department!!!

Months of mess ups
Worst experience with a dealership I have ever had. 9 months ago I purchased a vehicle and the dealership registered the wrong license plate number to it. For months I have been receiving speeding tickets, toll booth violations, and unpaid EZ pass bills. They took care of a few of them, but I have had to pay money out of my own pocket to fix some of these violations- for tickets that were not even me! The last time my husband spoke to them on the phone they said the NJ EZ pass bill was paid. Now I have received a letter from a collection agency for unpaid tolls. I have never been so furious in my life. The manager at Brown Daub says they can’t help me and I have to fix the issue. When I spoke to the collection agency (to dispute this collection so it doesn’t hurt my credit) they said that was not true. They said dealerships write the letters all the time. Never go to this dealership, you will regret it.

Jeep JK Repair
I had my Jeep JK towed in. The Jeep would crank but not turn over. I tried jumping it, but it would still not turn over. This lead me to believe it was not a battery problem. The service department told me I had two issues going on. 1 my battery needed replaced. This seemed odd. 2, I was told "you are dangerously low on oil". I then explained that this was odd, given that I changed the oil less than 1 week earlier and was not experiencing any leaks and the Jeep isn't burning oil. I was then told they would double check this. They then called back and confirmed that the jeep had 5 quarts of oil, but it was a six quart system. This is true, but I didn't change the filter, so 5-6 quarts was in the system (far from dangerously low). I advised that I needed the Jeep back ASAP due to leaving in the morning for vacation. They put it back together and advised me of the diagnostic fee. I asked them about the battery and they asked if I wanted them to put a new one in. Apparently they were going to leave the old one in. So I really have no idea why the jeep wouldn't start. When I did get the jeep back, the fog lamps weren't working. I'm pretty confused with my whole experience.

Still sitting here
I purchased our 2012 Durango here and always try to give the the opportunity to service and inspect our vehicle. I made the appointment a week and a half ago, for 9:00. It's now almost 11:00. It was well after 10:00 till the pulled it in, after I questioned them. I made sure that I was early, since they called and sent an email to confirm my appointment. I would have been better off just showing up and taking my chances. Everyone else that just showed up has came and went, but here I still sit. There was a time that I would have recommended this dealer, but not so much now. My past three experiences haven't been the best.
