Customer service is not very strong. They are very polite but the service advisor was not the nicest and there was no follow up. I had to keep asking and got short responses without concern for my need.

If you’re in the 915 area and own a GM vehicle, this is one of the few decent places to go. While the service itself is generally good, be prepared for long wait times (oil changes typically take around two hours). The delays seem to stem from upselling other services and partially disassembling the vehicle for inspections. After my recent visit, the service advisor informed me the truck was being washed, but that never happened. To make matters worse, my clean microfiber cloth was taken, and a dirty, wet one was left in the door jamb. I consistently find myself having to double-check their work, which shouldn’t be the case.
