Love my Service Manager, Jeff McCamy... for 4 years he has made my service visits a breeze and always takes care of my needs. He is the reason my next Cadillac will be bought at Tustin Cadillac.

Great service and facilities but a poor wash.
Everything was great except the wash. I had already washed my car the day before and the car was clean. The "wash" I received left streaks on my mirrors and drip marks all over my car. Poor effort.
