Unprofessional, Poor Workmanship, and Extortion Tactics Do not use Bill Jacobs VW for serious engine repairs. They replaced my engine for thousands of dollars and damaged a fragile EPC light wire in the process. Instead of honoring their warranty, they blamed "rodent damage" and demanded an additional $2,500 to fix their own mistake. On top of that, they refused to accept my debit card for the diagnostic fee, holding my car hostage until I paid them $240 in physical cash. VW of America was entirely unhelpful. They do not stand behind their work and use predatory tactics against customers. Avoid at all costs.
