The vehicle I purchased a little over two years ago has
The vehicle I purchased a little over two years ago has been nothing but problems. Within a week of having a $34,000 car and the most expensive warranty I have put over $17,000 into it with zero help from the “warranty” and rudeness or dismissal from everyone there. This includes a brand new transmission and now back in for electrical issues. In addition to the cost of repairs I have literally gone months of time in the shop is added. The transmission took 8 weeks. No one responds, apologizes or even attempts to help. Infuriating and disheartening to say the least

Salesman was busy with another customer when I arrived.
Salesman was busy with another customer when I arrived. Didn't have any introduction on who he was, just 'you're here for the Ram, I'll pull it up'. Took my license to copy and said take your time with the test ride and walked away. No phone call when my truck was ready for pick up, I had to call.

Poor Communication.
Poor Communication. I had to call a day and a half later to find out the status of my car at which point they told me they could fix it the following morning. I was without a car for 2+ days for a few hours work.
