Consumer response

Thank you

Too pricey.

Too pricey. I feel that what I had done was way overpriced. I will rethink my visit there next time. Sometimes you have to give the customer a little The receptionist is just not very helpful. She’s friendly but doesn’t know enough and borderline rude and condescending In my previous visits working with the manager was so much more efficient.

I'd recommend this dealership for the quality of there

I'd recommend this dealership for the quality of there cars. Unfortunately after purchasing the vehicle, I was informed there was an axle issue that they'd need to fix(no big deal). Took 10 days to fix(kinda irritating) but it was ready. Within a week of picking up the vehicle and less than 200 miles later, the check engine light came on. At this point I've had the car in the shop more than in my possession. Morning of the appointment to get the check engine light taken care of, it turns off. When I called the dealership to see if it's worth bringing in the car with the light off, I was told it was my choice but either way it'll be $140 charge to run the codes. Which is ridiculous.... I was still under warranty and every autoparts store will tell me what the codes are causing my check engine light. So I went to advanced auto and it was the o2 sensor by the intake. $13 dollars later it was fixed. Also I lost a hub cap 2 days after the axle work was done. Not saying they were the cause just seems suspicious. So I gave 3 stars because they do have good vehicles there at a reasonable rate. And they were very quick responding to my questions and concerns about the car. But had to take 2 stars away for the amount of time it took to fix my car and then it was a huge negative that you were going to charge me to check what the engine light was for.

Was frustrated with car shopping and stopped in as a last stop on my way home. The process was easy, Francisco was helpful and they took care of my concerns. addressing some body work I wanted touch up before I took possession. Even after I picked up the car the service department addressed a fix promptly and professionally. Would go back for my next car.
