The best customer service ever

I purchased my car with midway I wasn’t expecting a whole lot from them based on my previous used car dealership experiences, but I have to say this is hands down the best. When I arrived at midway I met with Joe “Big Joe” O’Donnell who showed me everything I needed to know about the car and after I purchased it he personally drove the car to me (I live an hour away from the dealership) and took me to get the VIN checked and took me to the DMV with all of the paperwork I needed filled out and ready to go! The dealership even covered my registration transfer cost! I will without a doubt be purchasing my next vehicle with Midway.

Problem Resolved

After my purchase of a Lexus from Joe O'Donnell, I had a minor issue with the front tires. Upon calling Joe ,he made an appointment with the Service Dept.A few days later I went in and everything was taken care of without any cost to me

Needed help and got great service!

I needed a car in my budget range fast. I couldn't have asked for someone kinder to help me! Tom helped me look through cars and even when hitting a few snags, didn't give up on me. He was honest and helped me find my safest and best option and I couldn't be happier. Safety is a huge thing for me since I'll have my son with me. I was kept in the loop at all times and any questions I had, were quickly answered. I highly recommend talking to Tom if anyone goes to Midway and needs the right car for them.

Nice experience, clean and well-maintained car.

The Mazda 3 I bought from this dealer is really well-maintained and fun to drive. Engine and Transmission are in good condition. Tires are mostly new. Sales are friendly and helped me a lot in saving my time.

Great Place for Used Cars on the South Shore

I worked with Charles and he was absolutely fantastic. There were some hiccups with the bank but Charles was on it and kept me updated about everything in an informative, timely manner. I cannot recommend both he and Midway Automotive enough.

Grateful for Joe's help!

What I really like about the dealership is they say hello and let you on your way to look around, and don't pressure you into anything. I brought my mother with me and we went inside and saw Joe, I asked about a car I saw on car fax and he got the keys and we test drove the car and I loved it. I ended up buying it. Joe is very friendly and personable, made us feel very welcomed like we already knew each other. I would recommend anyone to go there ask for Joe and he'll help you find the perfect car that fits your needs, no pressure involved! Tammy
