I was looking to trade my car in for a pickup truck. I met with Tom Morales. He showed me several options. When I decided on the one I wanted, he made the process of the trade in and purchase extremely easy! A very fair trade in for my car and a great price on the pickup truck. Tom is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I would recommend him to family and friends in the market for a vehicle and will go back to him when I am ready for another vehicle!

I had found a car online and came into Midway Auto to check it out in person and Joe greeted my daughters and I in such an enthusiastic and friendly way. He’s the kind of person you immediately like and feel as though he’s got your best interest at heart. He went above and beyond what other sales people have ever done when I’ve purchased a car before. I will definitely go back to buy my daughter a car and get my car serviced even though I live an hour away!

We have always stayed close to home to purchase used vehicles. Took a chance and ventured to Midway. We were hooked up with salesperson Charles Wilburn. From the start we felt like we were with an old friend, just an amazing personality, putting us at ease through the whole process. I can honestly say this was one of the best car buying experiences we have had. This dealership having everything on site; registry and inspection stickers made our long journey there so so easy! Best place I’ve ever experienced Frank was excellent.. salesman who listen!!! Also finance team was great.. Kevin made it so easy... Was really great not to be bombarded with 25 sales people when your in a jam.. and being able to leave a rental for pickup was great!!

I went in I knew I needed a new vehicle as mine was literally on it's last leg.. Big Joe took care of me got me into a 2011 jeep compass... awesome. at a payment plan I could afford... no pressure at all.. I have dealt with other dealerships in the past and felt pressured not by big Joe. not once... I had a check engine lite on it did go out but I was told to bring it back if it comes back on. no problems... I hope in 5 or 6 years if I decide I'd like to buy another I hope big Joe is still at midway.

Bill and Kevin was very helpful and informative. They both took time to explain the procedures in getting my first car. I would highly recommend both Bill or Kevin.

By far the most straight forward, flexible, no nonsense car purchase i have ever made. They own a large lot and literally every car looked brand new. We worked with Frank S and appreciated how quickly he had us in and out. We drove over an hour to get to this dealership but will do it again in the future. Overall leaving a dealership and feeling like both parties left with a win was something uncommon when car buying in the past. Thank you Midway.

This is our second used car purchase from Midway Auto. Both times have a great experience. I wasn't sure what kind of vehicle I was looking for. The sales Representative was helpful, patient and supportive through test drives and vehicle suggestions. He even brought us to the garage to check out a car on lifts! The best part was the purchase decision was totally mine. There was zero pressure to purchase any of the cars we saw. I ended up with a beautiful car I am thrilled to own.

I am really busy this time of the year and Joe made the purchase of this car so convenient! Even delivered it to my place of businesses. Would definitely go back to joe in the future when looking for another vehicle everything I asked him to do to get the car ready was done with no hassle.
