I had the pleasure of working with Joe O'Donnell aka Big Joe. Went to take my newly purchased Cadillac out for a test drive and noticed the tire was flat. Joe went above and beyond to make sure I had a new tire placed on immediately so i could drive the vehicle. Then went further above and beyond to make sure I had 3 new tires on the vehicle before I drove it home. Joe was an honest man with a good heart would recommend him to anyone i know. Joe was friendly and helpful, and thankfully there was no hard sell whatsoever. I decided to buy the car and the transaction went smoothly. I've purchased and leased a good number of cars over the past 20 years, and I can say without question that my experience at Midway was among the very best. Frank took great care of me and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. I found the car and put down a deposit at 7 PM on Thursday, showed up around 1 PM on Friday and by 4 PM I was driving home in my new vehicle. There was no nonsense and no pressure. I would do business at Midway again without a doubt.

After weeks of searching for cars and researching prices and options, my son and I went to Midway to see a 2017 Ford Fusion that he absolutely loved. We had visited another dealer earlier that day, and were prepared to go to others that had cars he liked until we had the best car for the best price and best trade in amount. Our experience at Midway started just before noon, and by 2pm we were driving away with my sons new car. I have purchased many cars in my life and this experience ranks right at the top! They have great cars, no haggle pricing, and very fair trade in rates. We worked with Kevin Deveney who was absolutely wonderful. No sales pressure tactics, he let us take our time and answered all our questions. We finished up with Tom in financing. I was prepared to pay cash for the car and then refinance later just to not have to deal with dealer financing, but once again, this was great. Tom took the time to listen to my concerns and in the end we financed right then and there because he made it so easy! My son was thrilled to drive away in the first car he is paying for himself. I would recommend Midway to anyone looking for a pre-owned car. Do your research and you will know a great deal when you find it at Midway! I will definitely be going back when I am ready for my next car!
