It was a great experience with the salesman Kyle and the finance officer Anderson. Kyle is a great salesman selling a great car 2018 Toyota RAV-4 . I couldn't ask for more.

Let me start by saying that I don't believe that Smoking and Customers go together. I had a very good experience buying my car and then getting the first service. While there for service I walked in and out of the building, only to get a face full of smoke from several employees at the Front Door. When I looked over to the side I realized that the management must allow it because they had Ash/Butt containers that were also smoldering. I would call David Reed who is a Non-Smoker and buy another car tomorrow if I had the money. These guys work 6-12 hour days to earn a living and I know that he will appreciate your business and show it. Great place to buy a Car or Truck, plus it will be a Toyota! Samuel

I took my car for break service. I got an initial call with an estimate in the morning. Then I received no other call and all of my calls went unanswered I even got hung up by a receptionist. When I went to the dealership the job was not completed. I came to find out that my Service Adviser had walked out of the job earlier that morning. And my car was not assigned to anyone for competition so I was in limbo. The manager Todd took care of me and they finish the job. This is a busy place and might not be staff appropriately. They were honest and they apologized for the troubles. I will give them another try on my next service.

SERVICE IS VERY GOOD. MY CAR PROBLEM WAS PROPERLY DIAGNOSED. THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AND THE MECHANICK PAID ATTENTION TO WHAT I SAID. THE REPAIR WAS DONE PROMPTLY. RATING IS 10 OUT OF 10.

My wife and I had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Allen White, our salesman, was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process. Matt, the sales manager, was super helpful, and friendly as well. TJ, in finance, also deserves praise. He helped get us the best possible financing rate. We have never had such a pleasant buying experience. I am in sales as well, and appreciate all of the hard work and effort everyone put into making us feel like family. Autonation truly has an amazing team. I will be sending everyone I know to Autonation Toyota Mall of Georgia.

We went to Autonation Toyota Mall of Georgia to look at a 2015 Tacoma we had seen online.
