Awesome time!!!!

It?s been over 15 years since I purshased a car and was a little afraid to come in and deal with a salesman and all but my experience was amazing. Fransico is the man at the Mall of Goergia Toyota dealership. I explain to Fransico my situation and he ran with. He told me there was no reason why I could drive away in my own car and he was right. I?ve gained respect for car dealerships because of my experience. I feel like I have a friend and a family that I can trust. When it?s time to upgrade I?ll give them a call and Fransico will make it happen. Thank you Julio Miranda.

I had a very long repair--re-call and I was stuck waiting for it--the service guy kept me updated and was very thoughtful and kind and apologetic--even though I knew what I was in for!!

Buying a used Toyota

My car broker and found the 4Runner online and inquired. We worked with John Sinsel. At first I didn't want to see the car until John emailed me with more facts...especially that this was a Certified Toyota 4Runner. That information made the difference, and we went out to see the car. We were greeted by a co worker Erica Barros, who was terrific! Terrific enough that we put down a deposit to hold the car overnight. Took my son out the next day for a quick test drive with John, and we bought the car. Our mechanic pronounced it "excellent, buy this one!". I would recommend this dealership to my friends.

4 runner service

Brought my 4 runner in for its 115,000 mile service as well as getting new tires. David, my service technician couldn't have been nicer and truthful. He gave me my quote and it ended up being cheaper upon making final payment. The service was truly fast, friendly and excellent. I will always bring my car here for service, the people are always excellent.

Sosebee Jeep Liberty Repair

We had an emergency around 6 pm when our brakes went out very near this location. The vehicle not safe to drive. We advised that we wanted to leave the vehicle to be repaired the next date. We advised the staff that we were stranded but had another vehicle near by that we could use if we could get to it. We were not offered a lift to the other location, which was about 3 miles away. The next date our vehicle was not repaired. The staff said that they could not find the info where our vehicle had been with them before - even though we had advised the staff that we had never used their shop before. The delay caused a missed opportunity to be able to pick up the vehicle the next day while my spouse was off work. The sad thing for you is that I am in the market for a Toyota pick up truck, but I would be reluctant to purchase one from your dealership due to the poor customer service that I experienced. There are too many other Toyota dealers in the metro Atlanta area.

over paid

over paid for brake job and front end alignment. Several coupons had been mailed to me, and I keep forgetting to bring, that would have lowered my cost. Seems like these coupons should show up on my account.
