I was early for my appointment but got in very quickly. Was helped by a great young man name Jamis Barnes. He was very pleasant and helpful. I also rented a car and Tonya Franks Galway helped. Such a lovely lady to work with.

I pre-scheduled these repairs with my service advisor. He was ready for me when I arrived and kept me appraised of the completion progress throughout the day. When it was obvious that my car would not be completed as estimated he provided with a rental car.
