I was in and out for my oil change appointment in an acceptable amount of time. All employees were very friendly and said hello and I did not feel pressured to have any additional work/maintenance done on my car. My service advisor was an absolute delight.

Trey is a horrible evasive confrontational incompetent

Trey is a horrible evasive confrontational incompetent service writer. Only answers with vague nonanswers. Doesn’t seem to know anything about cars. I had a 10:00am appointment and it took 6 hours to diagnose my fuel pump which probably took about 20 minutes. Had to ask Trey to do his job. Tech was knowledgeable and helpful.

Good Afternoon Karl, Thank you for your feedback. We understand that after it was determined that you needed your fuel pump replaced, and you declined to do the work at Hub, you asked a number of technical questions. Specifically, regarding the process the technician took to diagnose the problem—since there weren’t any codes in the system in regards to your fuel pump needing to be replaced—and even asked for the print out of the stored codes in the system. We are sorry you were not able to receive the procedure information from Trey on how to go about replacing the fuel pump, but we are glad our technician was able to give you a more thorough breakdown of the process. A service advisor’s role is to make sure everything is communicated between the technician and the customer, but we don’t expect an advisor to have instant knowledge on every repair process, for the technicians are the ones who vigorously go through those procedures every day.
