Dropped truck off for Monday appt. Service advisor John call me Monday to inform me engine was blown. 6-12 months for repair. All under factory warranty TRX Hellcat motor . He advised me to take to dealership that I bought it from. When I tried contacting John leaving messages no return call. Finally talk to Asst mgr Dennis which was a great help better John. Said not to have loaner car for me and as much as Dennis they would like to do the work but have no vehicle to give me So I had to have it towed to Ewald Dennis did a great job explaining the situation to me I wished I could have had the work done there but I needed a vehicle.

The staff was very kind and made me feel welcome and comfortable. They were knowledgeable and friendly. My car was finished within the time frame promised. Couldn't ask for more. Plus I got an appointment immediately, which was awesome.

Woody made the proccess easy, quick and painless.
Woody made the proccess easy, quick and painless. I gave Woody a list of potential car makes, models, and features. He was able to find an amazing option with a deal that I just couldn't say no to! Woody answered all my questions and was readily available when I asked them (even outside dealership hours). Woody is the best salesperson i've had the pleasure of working with and intend to work with him again when my wife eventually needs to replace her car.

My expectations on the servicing of my vehicle were
My expectations on the servicing of my vehicle were different than the reality of what really happens when you bring your carin at 6am. I was clearly upset when I discovered that first come doesn't necessarily mean first served. From Tray to the dispatcher went out of their way (went over and beyond) to ensure the expedited servicing of my vehicle. All those gentlemen have and deserve my praise.
