Service was nice enough but I’m trying to find out if my repair might have been a recall issue since it’s a known problem.. no reply. I called a week later to make another recommended service not done the week before and no answer in service dept.

The front end is still making the clunking sound after 2 times in for it !

I received prompt, efficient & quality service. The Rapid Service staff recognize me & knew my name.He explained checks such brakes, air pressure etc. I will continue to service my Jeep at Griffin Hub Chrysler.

Service center has turned around 100 percent from last year - all the way through the entire process of check in to finish.
