Service techs are amazing… 5+.

Service techs are amazing… 5+. Middle management is ZERO. I brought my car in the day before for a 10 am appointment the next day. I thought it would be easier for them. No call ,so I called them 2pm to find out when my car would ready. I was told “we did not get to your car today.” When I got there and asked middle management (Taylor)… who made the decision to not work on my car today and when were you going to let me know about it? He did apology for the “lack of communication”…then said multiple times rather arrogantly “no one made the decision” we just did not get to your car today. We can get to it tomorrow… like he was doing me a favor. Hmmmm… 10 AM appointment and no one made the decision to not work on my car, in a multi-bay service center??? AND I had to call them to find it out. AND now you want my car for another day. I felt sorry for the service technicians they both looked down when I asked Taylor how can that happen? No one takes accountability for their actions, they just leave service tech to take the blame. Unreliable. Sad really. If I were Jon or Eric I would be looking for employment elsewhere. Dennis

Brought my truck in for an oil change.

Brought my truck in for an oil change. Next day I had oil on the floor of my garage. Called Griffin to complain and was transferred to the service written who took care of me. Left a detailed message. Never returned my call. Moved the truck outside and had oil drips on my newer concrete. I got under the truck to find it was a sloppy job when they removed my oil filter.They never cleaned up the spillage.

Woody is a great salesman, always ready to help and

Woody is a great salesman, always ready to help and answer any questions. He also has a great personality and very knowledgeable about the cars he is selling. I will continue to buy all my vehicles with Hub and they also have a great service department.
