Came into CarVision looking at a Charger. Told him my lowest I’ll do for payments. He worked through me just starting building credit and a first time car buyer and got my payments to exactly where I wanted. Highly suggest talking to Nasir he’ll get you right for sure!

My name is zatar I bought a cargo van from them like a year ago and this van and never worked fine I sent it to them like four times and always come with excuse the first they have a new manager for the shop and then they switch it to a Spanish manager which is it was worse and he lied to me and they never fix the problem they just put a glue in it and some oil so I can work better and the lawyer instead of helping he just well he's their lawyer so he has to work with them so they never fix my problem and I lost the van because I spend so much money in mechanic and I give them one star the only honest person in that dealer used to be Carolina

To provide some clarity on our records: Initial Service: We addressed your initial concerns in September and October 2024, shortly after your purchase in August 2024. Recent Visits: You returned to our shop in March and April 2025. At that time, the vehicle had been driven over 13,000 miles since the date of purchase. While we are always willing to help our customers maintain their vehicles, some issues arise naturally from the regular wear and tear of driving high mileage in a short period. However, we take your comments regarding our management and the quality of repairs very seriously and will investigate these claims internally. I in fact didn’t purchased a vehicle I was employed here . Last year and I quit simply because all the men will make advances to young employees . I have tried to report it multiple times and guess what nothing happens ! Your job will be on the line the moment you put your foot down . I am not at a different place and I don’t know who else to report this . I still get calls from the manager asking to hang out in the weekend with the rest of the team . HR does nothing can’t waist my time with that oh and the weekend half of the staff is drunk along with the management team . Please stay away if you are a lady this will drain your energy
